The Annual General Meeting will proceed at the physical venue, Jolimont Foyer, Pullman Melbourne on the Park, 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne Vic 3002, commencing at 11:00 am AEDT, in accordance with the Notice of Meeting dated 25 September 2025. The Lumi team who deliver the Online AGM platform are working to restore services, subject to resolution of the Microsoft outage, with current estimates suggesting availability by approximately 10:30am AEDT.
