Resolution 6(a) The Vesting Conditions pertaining to Tranche 3 of Mr Maginnis’ Performance Rights should read as follows. The Notice of Meeting contains a typographical error that refers to Range 2 instead of Range 3 in respect of the proportionate vesting. Vesting Conditions Tranche 3 1. The Company reporting Earnings Before Taxation Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) of not less than $7,000,000 and up to $7,999,999 (EBITDA Range 3) for the Performance Period; and 2. The 5 day Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) of the Company’s shares traded on ASX in the 5 trading days leading up to 31 July 2025 being not less than $0.24 per share. 3. Performance Rights will vest on a proportionate basis (commencing with 1 Performance Right) based upon the EBITDA reported within EBITDA Range 3 with the maximum Performance Rights that are available within this Tranche being 1,000,000.
